We have developed our own software, to allow all our customers to know exactly where your precious purchases are, till they are safely in your hands.
To help us minimise any possible problems, we ask that all our customers register as a customer first. Using your very own, unique customer number, will help us identify who the parcels are for and where they are to be sent.

Upon registration you will receive an email with your customer number and examples of how your parcels should be addressed when they are sent to us.
Now that you are a registered iShop customer you can start shopping online!
Shop online with any UK, USA or South African Retailer and use your iShop address and number as the delivery address when you check out.
Once we receive your parcels from the retailers, we will register them against your account, where you will then be able to check the progress of your parcels online.
Your parcels will be then sent by airfreight and cleared through local customs on your behalf.
Once your shipment has been cleared and unpacked, you will receive an automated email confirming your goods are ready for you to collect or be delivered to you for you to enjoy!
